Zits And popping them?

Ok So should you pop zits or leave them alone? I heard that popping zits not only irritates the skin but it spreads the bacteria causing more zits. But I also heard that if you don't pop zits they wont go away. Which is true and and which is false?Zits And popping them?
if you have a zit, dont pop it unless its big and white (eww i hate talking about i lol) and u can feel stuff in it. popping it WILL cause more bacteria to grow on the skin, but it will make that one zit go away, too.

It is ok if you pop a pimple but when you do it you need to make sure to have something to wipe it with. Make sure that when you pop it that you have some cleanser or toner to wipe up what discharges. After you pop it the key is to not pick at it!
