Someone else asked this question not too long ago, and I believe the answer was to ';exfoliate and apply a lotion that contains an ';acid'; in it like glycolic, salylic, or alpha-hydroxy. Good luck..

To your question: dab a bit of hydrogen peroxide (3% or 6%) cheaply available at your pharmacy - on the zit each night before bed.

Make sure you wash your underwear, and change it everysingle day. When showering was it like you wash everything else on your body.

dont touch them! when you pop them it makes them spread. and leaves scars. All you can really do is make sure u dont shave your butt first of all.....and just when they come up clean them with an alcohol pad. should do the trick. If its real bad i would go see a doc
