how can i get rid of sores from zits and normal zits FAST i cant buy supplies and i also need to know a way 2 stop picking @ my zits.....Best why to get rid of sores from zits? ?
If you've picked a pimple and have a little scab instead of a pimple now, but cocoa butter on it. (this will only work if the pimple itself is GONE, and it's now just a sore) Glob cocoa butter on there and try and keep the scab as moisturised as possible.. it will fade within a few days. If you don't have cocoa butter I've heard olive oil also works, but I personally haven't tried it so I can't tell you for sure. As for picking pimples, make sure you keep your nails short (short nails do less damage than long ones) and don't spend tons of time scrutinizing your skin in the mirror. When you feel the urge to pick, go do something else immediately.

Stay under the towel as long as you can, do this several times and it will cleanse your face. Next remember to wash with a scrub or soap and water daily. This should fathom clearer skin.
