If the zits are that big, you might have cystic acne, which needs to be treated by a doctor.

Wash your face at least twice a day, with a mild soap. A strong soap can actually irritate your skin and make it worse. Use an astringent or toner to help remove the excess oil. Use a pimple cream containing benzoyl peroxide on the outbreaks.

If this doesn't clear up your face, again, you might need to see a doctor to get some prescription medication.
I went to the beach and swam in the ocean. The salt water dried them all up in two days.
LEAVE IT
LEMON JUICE IS AMAZING
#1. Cucumber

To use cucumber, a good process is to blend a peeled cucumber and apply its juice to your skin. Subsequently, clean your skin thoroughly and apply egg whites on your face or any other acne area with a cotton ball or cotton swab. Leave it on for a while; it is good for your skin because it is like an astringent.

#2. Almond Oil

You can also try to apply almond oil onto your face if your skin is very dry. Almond oil helps to nourish your facial skin and increase the moisture of your skin. By doing so, the toxic underneath your skin will be diluted and thus, it will help in getting rid of acne.

#3. Lemon Juice and Rosewater

Mix of lemon juice and rosewater: this facial mask can do wonders for your skin and has a wonderful smell as well. Mix fresh lemon juice and rosewater, apply it on your face using a cotton pad and wash it off after half an hour.

#4. Orange Peel

Orange peel can also be used. Basically, you need to mash it or blend it, mix with some water to form a paste before applying on your problem area.

#5. Vinegar and Salt

Cooking condiments such as vinegar and salt have their uses as home remedies for acne. Mix the two together, before rubbing the mix over the pimples. Leave it there for some 10 to 20 minutes before removing with lukewarm water.

#6. Natural Oatmeal

Natural oatmeal is also helpful for home solutions to treat acne. It is in fact wonderful for all skin irritations. Simply apply lukewarm or slightly cool cooked oatmeal to your face for 12 minutes and then wash it off completely. Natural oatmeal is an acne solution and also an astringent because it removes oil and impurities off of the skin, keeping skin clean and acne-free.

#7. Egg White

This mask can tighten your skin and make large pores appear smaller. Apply egg white on the acne-affected areas and rinse it off after 20 minutes with cool water.

Some acne home remedies that you can choose to use for your skin, but remember that you need to know what are the causes of your acne and how to can get rid of it as fast as possible, no one likes to deal with it, but most people specially teenagers and young adults have to pass this skin disease. I do this and it seems to work pretty good:

chop up an asprin pill and put a couple of drops of water to make a paste, and put it on the pimple. Live it on over night for best results. you can also use ice to reduce some of the redness.

If you dont mind buying:

Queen helen has a mint julep masque and it is green and it works really good if you live it on over night. It really dries up the pimple!
