I've heard of using this before... Preparation-H has some good uses (I use it to heal my tattoos!!) But it's not the best thing you can use in this situation.
Seriously, the best thing in the world for zits is Clean %26amp; Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. You can get it just about anywhere.
I have relatively normal skin, but when I do get a zit, it's like Mount Everest. This stuff takes it away within hours.
