i have spots on my face after the zit leaves so it adds the spots on each time, is there anything anyone wants to share? did u guys try upton or vicco or anything tell me anything u tried and worked well. thanksAnything for spots for zits?
Try microderm abrasion. You can by soaps with little sand -feeling things in them . Or try doing circles with a wet cloth on your face to take the soap off.Anything for spots for zits?
dont pick em or youll end up with a boat race like a welders bench. drink water, get plenty of sleep and leave the chips alone. dont fall for all these amazing treatments that claim miracles. they are just a load of bolloex

If you have to pick them , then get some tea-tree from health shop %26amp; apply . it acts like a disenfectant.
You need to be taking vitamins. That will clear it up in a couple weeks.
