How do i get rid of a zit fast?

i have reoccuring zits and i dont want one of those remedies like 1 pinch of parsley, one dab of honey, 2 tablespoons of whatever!! ok? something simple(im 14)How do i get rid of a zit fast?

Might sound funny but I have been doing this for years and told many people but Vicks really works...Just put a little amount on the spot and it will work in like 2 days

I've heard that if you put visine (eye drops) on a cotton ball and hold it on the zit for a few seconds it will reduce the redness. For long term control, I would try Proactive.
