What's with these zits?!?

I am occasionally getting zits on my earlobes, neck, back, arms, chest and even in my nose! They hurt! I know the face is a normal place to get them, but is it normal for those other places? I wash daily, but they always come back! Is there any cure?What's with these zits?!?

Get a washcloth and run it under a hot to medium hot faucet, soaking it. Squeeze the excess water out, and apply the moist heat to the zit, and repeat until the zit is gone.





DON'T BURN yourself DOING it. IT WORKS if you DON'T Burn yourself. I look like someone in my mid 30's and I'm about 50! because I DID just what I suggested with the washcloth.
