Zits.... help please!?

I have oily skin and I've got zits basically all over. I don't even care about the smaller or less noticeable ones but i would like a quick home remedy for the disgusting super swollen ones. Tips and tricks on how to cover them would also be appreciated. Thanks a lot.Zits.... help please!?
Leave toothpaste on them (overnight maybe) and it will bring the yucky stuff to the top and dry it out. then if it doesn't go away hold a hot cloth to it. Also look in a drugs store for skin cleansers and something for oily skinZits.... help please!?
Since you have oily skin and acne, the oil is probably whats causing the zits. The oil is clogging your pores, so the best way to go about this is by clearing up the oil.

First, wash your face morning and night with an acne face wash for oily skin.

Drink LOTS of water. This will detoxify your body, making you have less oil secretions.

Wash your face with sugar until the sugar melts. This will exfoliate the skin.

If this doesnt help, you may want to take more extreme measures. Talk to your doctor about birth control, wich is a very effective method of clearing up acne.
Well, I use a gentle face wash in the morning just to get excess dirt and oil off and then use an oil-free fragrance-free facial moisturizer. Remember to moisturize because if your skin is too dry, it will go into over-drive and make MORE oil to make up for the dryness. Then I just use a regular concealer by CoverGirl. I hear using a green makeup pencil combats the redness of the acne, but haven't been able to use it myself. At night, I use a gentle exfoliating face wash (St. Ives) then followup with astrigent to remove and remaining dirt. Then moisturize. Then I use Terminator 10 acne treatment. It works for me :)

As for the actual big zits, try to not touch your face throughout the day. It transfers oil and dirt from your fingers to your face which clogs pores more. And try not to pick, but if you have to, do it at night so they won't be bright red before you go anywhere. And make sure you wait til they head up. If you try a couple times and it doesn't pop, its not ready and leave it alone for awhile.

I know that was long, but I hope I helped.
stop using over-the-counter medications, cover-ups, or whatever. they didn't work for me and were a huge waste of time, money, and frustration. go to a doctor and the doc can prescribe you medication that you take orally and a cream to rub on your face. it cleared up my acne in 2 weeks. but you will have scars on your face after the zits go away. you have to get those removed with laser treatments but they are expensive.
this is a very old trick! my great grandmother used to do it. Cut a piece of an aloe vera (i think thats how u spell it) plant. and then slide it in between till you get the gelly part and then put some on your finger and rub it on your face..Leave it on for about 45min (it will sting a little) and it will leave ur skin sooo smooth. it will dry it up a little the 1st few times so just put on some aveeno lotion =]. You can do this at least 3x a week, it works wonders!! try it and let me know how it works.
tooothpaste rubbing achole.

or if u take a warm cloth and hold it on a pimple for 3 mins. then you can squeeze and pop it and the stuff will come out,

MYSELF
oatmeal oatmeal oatmeal. its replenishes your body with what it needs and removes what it doesnt..and it shows instantly on your face.
Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne. Check out http://usefulinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
