NObody has mentioned the tool. Use your ';clone brush';. Right click on a part of your skin that is clear and left click over the zits. Keep doing it till you get it just right.When you take a picture of yourself and you want to edit the picture to get rid of the zits, how do u do it?

i'd just copy a patch of skin with no zits, and paste it over the zit, Photoshop has some good tools for this
use the clone feature, pic an ';OK'; area of you face, and then cover paint over the bad spot. it's not easy, I'm sure many people here would do it for ya for free.
Wait until you're done with puberty, then take another picture.
