Get a good anti bacterial face wash and use this on your back also. Try not to over stimulate your skin by continuously scrubbing and washing, all you will do is over stimulate your sebaceous glands to produce more sebum (oil) which will bloke your pores and give you more spots.
Wash your face only twice a day and put an antibacterial cream on over your spots, also avoid touching your face throughout the day.
Don't squeeze any spots because the puss will infect other areas of your skin just increasing the problem. If for some reason you feel you cannot go outside without squeezing the odd spot then as a very last resort ( if you're gonna do it, you might as well do it in the cleanest and most effective way possible) make sure you get a tissue covering both your fingers and squeeze hard until it bleeds, the blood will help flush out the puss and infection at the bottom of the spot. Then you MUST wash out the area with an antibacterial spray and put a small amount of anti bacterial cream on. This tip is for a last resort though.
You can also have a facial treatment done called a galvanic facial, which should be followed up with high frequency. If you want more info email me.
Also, eat more fruit and veg and drink drink drink water, it's the best thing for flushing your system out of toxins.
