Zits?!? anyone, mostly gals only!!?

I get zits all over my chest and back! What should i do?!? Help!!Zits?!? anyone, mostly gals only!!?
Get a back facial....and a back scrubberZits?!? anyone, mostly gals only!!?
Here is what is going on

small dirt particles are clogging your pours. oil from your skin builds up, and thus the zits.

tale some vitamin D. use a scrub brush on your back and on your chest, use some rubbing alcohol and large cotton balls to clean effected areas. Why alcohol? alcohol mixes with oil, and water. This will be the most effective, cheapest, safest and quickest way to resolve your zits. Remember to wear no lotions on the effected area. the alcohol twice a day will surprise you.
dont eat chocolate nuts or crisps. balanced diet and no snack foods
go to the doctors and get ZYNERYT prescibed - i had acne all over my chest and back and it has all gone now in 4 weeks
Proactiv is on of the best things out there right now. I use it faithfully everyday. And if scrubbing isn't right for your skin there is another product out called Murad, and it exfoliates the skin. It costs just the same as proactiv around 50-55 dollars, it is totally worth the results!!!
well u should shower everyday and use nutragena body wash... it works because i have the same problem and it help a lot....just saying from experience :D
use a clean and clear body scrub and then find some astringent with about 2% salic acid and to wipe over the ztis
all i can say is nutragena products all the time. you will glow. and be smooth in 7-14 days.
Try using a different soap. My sis had the same problem and she started using that Neutragena soap. They sell it in a bottle or a bar of soap.. It worked for her.
go to a doctor and ask about retinol.

i don't know about your condition much, but there.
dermatologist

birth control

face wash- benzol peroxide drys out skin so stay away from that
Wow that sounds bad do you sweat alot? Try to take more showers than normal. It could be from pores getting clogged. Also try to see a doctor about that they might be able to recommend something or even give you a prescription.
gosee a skin doctor
This happened to me- I got- and still have- some zits on my back and on my stomach. The ones on my stomache went away after I changed soaps- maybe you should try that. With the ones on you back, if you have longish hair like me, then that could be the problem- the oil from your hair could be getting onto your back. So try wearing your hair up for a couple days or a week, and wear shirts that cover your whole back so people don't see them if you don't want them to.

Hope I helped!
