just pop it. sure there might be a little pain, but hey, isn't it worth it? but make sure you wash your hands before you do. you don't want to get germs in it. oh and after you pop it, be sure to squeeze out all the pus inside it. otherwise, when it heals, the pus inside with come back up to the surface and you'll just have another pimple. also, be sure you have a tissue or soft towel on hand to wipe the pus/blood on it. i suggest you use a tissue, it's softer and more sanitary you can just throw them away after, a towel you can't. now also, just remember it COULD hurt to squeeze it, depending on where the pimple is on your face. (e.g. near/on the side of your nose, forehead, on your cheek-bone etc.)
