i can't stop! ^ im scared im going to ruin my skin X.xAdvice on how to stop picking zits?
If would really help if every time you reach your hand to your face, you think of the scars you would get from picking your zits.
For me, I don't even touch my face throughout the day b/c i'm afraid of getting zits. What I do is think about the consequences if I do touch my face (ie. getting pimples). So just think about the bad things that will happen and stay for a long time if you keep popping your pimples.Advice on how to stop picking zits?
At a store called Beauty First (hair salon)
I bought a pimple popper, it causes no marks and gets out the puss stuff thats inside. Dosent cause it to bleed either....I really love it :]
just stop
I can't stop either when my zits look really bad D;
But what i do is i get an acne cream or Bio-oil and i put it all over my face. So that prevents me from touching my face at all (:

How to make a zit dissapears in a short time?
This is the thing that everyone trying to avoid including me,but why it's keeping popping out of my face?!It's annoying when some boys in my class tease me about it..ugghhh..i have try using mask, toner and cleanser just to make it stop from getting worst but it doesn't work.
HELP ME!! A.S.A.PHow to make a zit dissapears in a short time?
try rinsing your face in hot/warm water when you wake up every day and dab it off don't just wipe it off cuz that'll make your skin wrinkly when you get olderHow to make a zit dissapears in a short time?
Okay... I used 2 do sooo much stuff to my face... and then i just stopped. My skin was gorgeous after i stopped! All of my pimples cleared up and everything.
For clear skin... less is more.
Morning:
Wash face.
Apply moisturizer.
Drink 3 cups of water and two cups of green tea.
Eat enriched cereal w/ bananas.
Afternoon:
Eat carrots and a healthy lunch.
Drink 5 cups of water.
Night:
Eat a healthy dinner.
Drink 4 cups of water and 2 cups of green tea.
Exfoliate.
Wash face.
Apply moisturizer.
Apply spot treatment.
The best thing for zits is to drink a lot of water and green tea, and to apply 2% salicylic acid.
good luckerzz!
Stop with the harsh chemicals for now. Gently cleanse twice a day and moisturize. Use acne treatment gel if you need it. You can hold and ice cube over the spot to help it sort of form a head more so you can pop it. You'll just have to wait for it to go away. If you stop making a big deal out of it and giving them the reaction they want, they'll stop teasing you about it.
Put toothpaste on it overnight. Its a cheap method and it works better than any zit cream. Your zits will be gone in 1-2 days. Oh and drinking more water wouldn't hurt.
pop um and put neosporin on it. the neosporin will take out the redness
zit cream
why have'nt you tryed the thing made for getting rid of zits yet?
Okay, this is long, but read the whole thing- it will really help you!
If you have sensitive skin, harsh chemicals will make your acne worse! Over washing your face will also have bad results. But don't give up! I found some home remedies that you can try. Most of them, you want to apply and leave on overnight. Then rinse off in the morning.
1. Make a paste of baking soda and water and apply it to affected areas at bedtime; let stand overnight; repeat every night for a week.
2. Wash your face 2 times a day with the following: 1 Tablespoon of Witch Hazel, 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon of Brewed Green Tea, and 录 Cup of Baking Soda. Your skin should show a difference.
3. Apply Lime juice mixed with a glass of boiled milk, and use it as a face wash.
4. Try dabbing some honey on the pimple. Put on a band-aid and leave on overnight.
5. Apply fresh juice of a raw papaya. You can get this fruit at a grocery store.
6. Apply ripe tomato pulp on pimple.
7. Put some lemon juice on the pimple.
8. Dab egg white on your pimple and leave on for at least 20 minutes preferably overnight.
9. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap.
10. More: http://www.grannymed.com/meds/acne.aspx
If none of these work, try googling ';Home remedies for acne.';
If your skin IS very sensitive, you may want to try these every other day. Use a GENTLE facial cleanser that doesn't contain harsh chemicals. You should be able to get this at a drug store in the skin care section. After washing your face, use a LIGHT moisturizer that is oil-free. Make sure you drink lots of water, and stay away from oily foods. Also, don't touch the pimple! It will just irritate it and make it worse. Don't pile on makeup trying to cover it, because that will only make it worse. Use a light foundation that is non-comedogenic.
Working out daily will also help a great deal. Try running up and down your stairs for 5 mins, and then do 20 squats. Not only will it keep you in shape, but it will help get rid of stress and prevent future breakouts. Stress is a big factor in acne. If you have alot of stress, take hot baths with a few drops of lavender oil to help you relax.
Always remember that you are not alone in this! Almost everyone will have this same problem in their lives- including those guys that tease you!
Hope this helps, and good luck! :)

Whts the best way 2 clear zits?
I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer six times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.Whts the best way 2 clear zits?

Please help me on how to get rid of a zit?
I have a big zit right in the middle of my forhead, and i don't know how to get rid of it. Anyone can notice it! Pleaz help! Please help me on how to get rid of a zit?
You wash with soap and water evry day and after you sweat alot. Dont pop them or you might push the dirt further into the pore. Please help me on how to get rid of a zit?
Ah! I hate when that happens, here are some things that usually work for me:
1) Use cover-up until it goes away
2) Buy one of those blemish removers
3) I know it sounds crazy but put some toothpaste on the zit before you go to bed. It will be gone in the morning, or smaller.
4) Put the green, palm tree oil, mask on it. (Sorry, not sure what it is called)
Sorry if I didnt help, this is what I usually do.
benzoyl peroxide with the highest % you can find. I go to the dermatologist and that is what they recommend without getting a prescription. try your best not to pop it. that can lead to scarring and craters...bad bad bad. try to be patient. if you are really prone to breakouts go to the doctor I waited years and now that I finally did it I am so glad my skin is beautiful now
This sounds crazy, but put toothpaste on it. It will reduce the inflammation and help dry it up. Not to mention make it feel better. Be sure to use regular mint toothpaste. Again, sounds crazy, but shows improvement immediately.
Squeeze it on both sides until it pops, puss comes out, and it bleeds a little. It will be gone in 2 days.
pop it and apply alcohol.
ugggh eww..
pop it fosho! x:

I need some homemade remedies for zits!!?
anything homeade. I tryed Proactive but by useing it I figued out that i have a alrgic reaction to benzoil proxside. so please help these zits are drivein me up the wall!.
(PS). I have a zit in my ear and don't know what to do. it KILLS!!I need some homemade remedies for zits!!?
Mix enough hydrogen peroxide with baking soda to make a paste. I do this in a little bathroom cup or in the palm of my hand. Then just put it on as a spot treatment or a mask for about 15 minutes then wash it off.
It smooths out your skin, minimizes your pores, helps your pores heal faster, somewhat evens out your skin tone and overall makes you feel better about yourself. (This description is built from the benefits I've seen about my own face.) It has worked the best out of the other treatments I've tried, even recommended dermatologist treatments and products (which smelt). I've tried benzoyl peroxide (it made my face red, and caused pimples at other places so it was like healing some pimples while causing other pimples in other places... yeah.) I've tried salicylic acid as well. It had not really help either. It made my pimples a lot bigger than usual. Another advantage I've found in baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide once a night is the fact that it had not caused a 'worse before it gets better' effect, not involving with the acne at least. It is also cheaper than most of the treatments that you'll find. Give this a try. :)
About your ear, I wouldn't put it in their unless you have one of those bulbs to squeeze all the water back out.I need some homemade remedies for zits!!?

I have also used toothpaste!! .. also a mix of baking soda %26amp; water,.. just enough to make a paste...just use it like a regular face scrub,.. then wash off, i also used some from this site, although some seem a bit crazy! http://www.fatfreekitchen.com/beauty/acne-home-remedy.html
Yeah, toothpaste does work for some reason. Also, Visine will help to reduce the redness and swelling. Don't know why but that's what the models use before a photo shoot. You can never tell what you will find on a model's face!!!

Need help on getting rid of zits i had been eating junk food for a month but not any more help me plz??!!?
okay i was at my dads and i was eating junk food but not any more someone said toothpast but i dont know im not eating junk any more
i am 14 and school is coming up in2 weeks i need them gone before then i need a cheep way to get rid of them and fast!!!Need help on getting rid of zits i had been eating junk food for a month but not any more help me plz??!!?
Diet has nothing to do with zits. That is an old myth. Be very gentle and don't over cleanse your face as irritation can make acne worse. Try a product with 2% salycyclic acid in it or 5% benzoyl peroxide. 10% will dry out your skin too much and cause peeling. Neutrogena makes affordable and good cleansers for acne. Use toner for oily skin and an oil free moisturizer. Depending on the severity of your acne, you may need to see your doctor and they can prescribe an oral antibiotic. Don't sqeeze or pick at them because it will make it inflamed and may leave behind a scar. If you want a home remedy, put egg white on it. I swear it works! I did this to a huge zit that I had a few days before a formal that I went to and it really shrunk it! Good luck and I hope this helps you!Need help on getting rid of zits i had been eating junk food for a month but not any more help me plz??!!?
Junk food does not cause skin issues. The best thing to do is drink lots of water and wash your face twice a day with a medicated acne wash - your skin will probably be sensitive for a few weeks so be sure to wear sunscreen. I would also recommend a facial moisturizer to help combat dryness.
oh my gosh! i'm in the same situation! or was!
See, my aunt bought me SkinClearing Foaming Wash from Neutrogena. I didn't think it would work, i just thought it was deep cleaning. But my skin is sooooooooooooo much better.
Yeah, and it's like, five dollars. and i've only been using it for four days.
Zits have to do with more than just junk food. They are a natural part of puberty because of hormonal differences. Just use a face wash like Clearicil.
Have you tried Proactive yet?
try the ance treatment from marykay.call my consultant her website is http://www.marykay.com/soniya
she is really helpful.it works and it is not very expensive.

Why shouldn't we pop pimples/zits?
i don't get why people say not to pop your zits.
why shouldn't we? and what happens to your zit if you don't pop it?
PLEASE HELP! i dunno what to do with this zit on my chin that hurts a lot...Why shouldn't we pop pimples/zits?
Popping them usually drives the infection deeper into the surrounding tissue than it was before you popped them. The resulting more serious infection usually requires a doctor's care. Why shouldn't we pop pimples/zits?
There is a right way %26amp; a wrong way to pop zits. You have to be really careful in popping zits because you can damage the tissue, skin, which can cause scars. Also, you want to make sure you clean the area before %26amp; after to make sure you help reduce spreading bacteria to cause more zits. Want for the zit to make a head %26amp; use a warm cloth on it. Then you can pop it. Be careful not to bruise the skin or it can cause scarring. If you are unsure, find a good Esthetician %26amp; have them show you. Good luck!
If you squeeze a pimple, some of the bacteria can be pushed farther under the skin, it creates an open area for more germs to enter, and it can make the pimple worse, or make new pimples close by. Also, squeezing can damage the area and create possible scarring/pitting. Those dark marks that appear after a pimple is healing aren't really scars and will fade, but pit style scars are permanent. Sometimes if a pimple is really close to popping, I personally think it would probably be ok to soak it carefully, gently with warm water and a wash cloth, but don't squeeze it. It will look redder and more noticeable if you do this, but it may empty out one that is about to pop. I doubt a doctor would recommend that, though. Any popped stuff is supposedly more likely to cause problems, but I've been in the situation where I'd rather go out on a date with an open one than one filled with gross white stuff. Don't pick at it, though. The best thing to do is to prevent the acne to begin with. The same thing does not work for everyone. I first got acne at age thirteen, and would get occasional large, cyst style pimples. By 14, I stopped getting acne. It was nice all through high school. Then for some reason in college, I got horrible, painful cystic acne. I felt really bad about it. It was all over my cheeks especially, but I also got it all over the rest of my face, including chest and back. I was so upset, and I finally went to the dermatologist. They do a combination approach. Often this includes tetracycline antibiotics, such as minocycline, which will really help with any of those painful ones. There will also be a face wash, currently I'm using sufacetamide face wash and sulfacetamide clear lotion, which is the only thing that has ever really worked for me, though clindamycin and benzol peroxide are other possibilities. salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide preparations are also often available over the counter, though I always needed prescription-strength. After you put on the face wash there will be a leave-on product. Then, there will be Retin-A. I use Retin-A micro. After that you need a good moisturizer. If your face gets too dry, it will break out worse. Sounds funny, but your face will produce more oil and you will break out, so your dermatologist will suggest Cetaphil or Oil of Olay oil-free moisturizer, etc. Then, the doctor will have you come in monthly for dry ice or chemical peel facial treatments. At nearly 30, I still get some acne, but with use of the medications, it is rare. I am now off the antibiotics for now. One other option for women is some types of birth control pills. Some people's acne is affected by hormones, and the pill may help those individuals. Stress reduction is also key, so any exercise is helpful, because stress can contribute to acne. If you want to get rid of a painful pimple currently on your face, I've found that if I start the minocycline antibiotic as soon as I feel the pain, and put a little extra of the topical product on, that it heals up faster. And your doctor may disagree, but I really wouldn't recommend Accutane. It's a last resort drug that is really harmful to pregnant ladies' babies. Also, it has really nasty side effects such as hair loss, weight gain, dryness, intolerance to contact lenses, fatigue, nausea, depression, suicide. Only do it if nothing else works. For some it has worked wonders, but I didn't want to risk it, and eventually over the years with the combination treatment approach, my acne improved somewhat on its own, however the dermatologist warned me that it could worsen if I ever got pregnant, due to hormone changes. He said he gets a lot of patients that are in their 30s, and stuff. So acne is just a lifelong battle for many people. Good luck, and find some medication that works for you to prevent scarring. I wish I had know about medication when I was 13. Maybe I could have prevented this hole on the left side of my nose. Good luck with treating your acne.
Because it may or may not leave a scar but personally i dont like to risk it cause i have enough acne scars and i cant risk getting anymore but i heard honey helps for pimples and toothpast helpes dry it up and make it go a way faster.Hope i helped:)
Scarring mainly.
I vote for the toothpaste too. It dries them out, and gets rid of the redness. Works for me anyway.
Popping them just makes it look worse anyway. I'd rather a small spot than a great big red mark.
becaues my dermatologist said not to
why?
leaves a scar
TRUST ME
i have post acne scars for popping pimples
but some of them scar some dont
DONT take a chance just conceal that sucker
def don't pop it but to make it go away faster put some toothpaste on it leave it for a while it will dry up and go away
They may leave a scar, you may get an infection etc.....
Personally, I risk it, I gotta pop it!
Because they leave scars, and spread the face with other pimples.
because it will get deeper and leave to u a scar so u can't get rid of it easily don't touch it
it can spread infection
why shouldn't we? and what happens to your zit if you don't pop it?
